Site work for a golf course in Oro Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Oro Valley is soliciting competitive sealed bids with the intent of contracting for the construction of golf course irrigation systems at the Town's Conquistador and Canada Golf Courses. It is anticipated by the Town that construction of the irrigation system on the Conquistador Course will commence in May 2022 with completion in September 2022, and construction on the Canada Course will commence in May 2023 with completion in September 2023. Although the Town would prefer a single contractor for completion of work on both courses, the Town reserves the right to award work on both courses to a single bidder, or to award the work on individual courses to two bidders, whichever the Town deems to be in its best interests. All questions must be submitted to the Town by or before 5:00 Tucson local time on Friday, September 24, 2021
