Remodeling of a medical facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility.
University Project Number 70335 Construction Budget: $737,500 Scope of Work: Demo existing HVAC & provide and install new equipment for per the code approved drawings & specifications. Healthcare construction experience preferred. Work hours may require after hours and weekend work. Persons or companies bidding on this project shall hold a current Utah Contractor's License covering the type of work to be done and shall be bondable to the amount of the Contract. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to The University of Utah, must be procured and submitted to the University of Utah within 24 hours after the bid due time. The bid bond may be scanned and submitted with the online bid via www.bidsync.com at the time of the bid. Construction Constraints: Contractors are required to follow all hospital protocols related to Covid 19. Onsite workers will be required to provide their own masks and wear them at all times on the jobsite. The hospital construction team will provide all jobsite ICRA barriers & dumpsters during the construction period. The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the University.
