Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 60 Work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for replacement of single post signs, multipost signs, sign panels and sign structures along SR 528 (Beachline East) eastbound and westbound from MP 0.000 to MP 4.957 in Orange County and MP 0.000 to MP 10.055 in Brevard County. Other improvements include the installation and/or removal of guardrail at two locations within Brevard County. No Pre-Bid Conference. Contractor must be prequalified in Roadway Signing. The summary of pay items for this project is listed in the Plans For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects.
