Site work for a mixed-use development in Waterford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of September 24, 2025, a construction timeline is not available, as this project was for design services only. The previous RFP is below for reference: The Town of Waterford is requesting proposals from consulting landscape architectural/civil engineering firms to provide design services for a boardwalk, paths, and park improvements at the Pond in the Town Center Civic Triangle. The Town desires to provide a combination of ADA compliant pedestrian amenities around the duck pond and to connect these amenities to the nearby playground, trails, and public restrooms.
