Marie-Victorin (QC-132), VArennes, Qc, J3X 1R3 WORK COVERED BY THE CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS .1 The work covered by this contract includes phase 2 of the repair of three basins of the roof of the designated building. .2 The work includes the demolition and construction of parapets, the waterproofing and insulation complex of the three basins. WORK SCHEDULE Signature of the contract: April 2021 Work: work lasting a maximum of 6 weeks must be completed by July 16, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at the latest, considering the following deadlines: Demolition and waterproofing work must be completed within 2 weeks maximum; The flashing work must be completed in a maximum of 4 weeks. Bid bond 10% is required. award is subject to final approval.
