In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code Chapter 2166, and Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD), TJJD is requesting submittal of Proposals, using RFP Proposal form, Exhibit A to provide construction services for Campus Wide Sidewalk and Road Repairs at Gainesville State School located at 1379 FM 678 Gainesville, TX, 76240. The selected Contractor will be expected to provide all materials, labor, coordination, and supervisory activities necessary to complete construction of this project as more fully described in the Exhibit B, Engineering Report, which includes specifications and other Contract Documents prepared by TJJD.
