The City of Edcouch will accept sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Professional Engineering, Construction Management, Alternative Delivery Services for the Design and Construction of various projects in Water Distribution & Treatment, Waste Water Collection & Treatment, Renewable Energy, Road Improvements & Drainage.
