RANGE FOR ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $153,900 - $188,100 Pre-Construction Meeting April 21st, 2021 PROJECT SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the construction of approximately 500 lf of 8" water main and approximately 75' of 6" water main, and install 6" checkvalve, including all fittings, appurtenances, backfill and street patch. PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. BID OPENING: There will not be a public bid opening as bids are opened electronically. Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147.
