Renovation of a water / sewer project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the installation of a new dual reg pressure reducing station (PRS) on Three Wood Lane in Northwest Reno. New PRS replaces an existing PRS that will be demolished and abandoned as part of this contract. Project also includes installation of ~370 lf of 8" ductile iron pipe and repair of roads and landscaping affected by work. A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. ESTIMATE: $216,000 - $264,000 TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147. Question Cutoff Date: 3/1/2021 08:00 PM (ET)
