Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make improvements to the Marble Ridge Pressure Reducing Station. Improvements include installation of new vault, valves, and piping. Control valves will be supplied by the owner. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Assistance in the preparation of all required forms and documents should be emailed to the Bid Coordinator assigned to the project The Contractor shall furnish all work, labor, services, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, traffic control operations, transportation, supervision, appliances, appurtenances and incidentals required for the prompt and efficient completion of the project described as Project which makes improvements to the Marble Ridge Pressure Reducing Station. Improvements include installation of new vault, valves, and piping. Control valves will be supplied by the owner. ("Project") as described in the Contract Documents and in accordance with the contract provisions, Plans, and Specifications, together with all work incidental or reasonably inferable which is necessary to produce the results intended by the Contract Documents (collectively, the "Work"). Contractor shall be responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Work, including the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures utilized, unless the Contract Documents specifically provide otherwise
