Site work and paving for a civil project in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the installation of approximately 1600 LF of 12-inch and 6-inch restrained-joint ductile iron water main, repair of approximately 42 existing gate and butterfly valves, concrete removal and replacement, permanent asphalt concrete pavement patching. Range for Engineer's Estimate: $608,850 - $744,150 A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
