Site work for a water / sewer project in Yoe, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Council of Yoe Borough has authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Yoe Borough Council. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Yoe Borough in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project forty-five (45) calendar days. Yoe Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids Requests for clarification are due Monday, March 29, 2021 5:00:00 PM
