Sealed proposals will be received by Honesdale Borough (OWNER) for the 833 Main Street Pipe Replacement Project within Honesdale Borough, Wayne County, Pennsylvania. This Project is considered to be "construction" as defined by the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 of 1961, and is subject to prevailing wage. There are two GP-3 Registrations that have been approved by the Wayne Conservation District. All work shall be in accordance with and follow the requirements of the approved GP-3 Registrations. The successful bidder shall be retained by the Owner to provide construction services through the duration of the project. A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid is required of all bidders. The bid will be awarded to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder, reserving to the municipality the right to reject any or all or waive any informalities.
