Site work and paving for a road / highway in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Greater Honesdale Partnership is soliciting proposals from Consulting/Engineering Firms who can design/engineer streetscape improvements on Main Street (Route 6) from Park Street through 4th Street within the Borough of Honesdale. The Consultant must be experienced in streetscape design/engineering and be able to deliver maps, reports, surveys, final designs and specifications, final cost estimates, bid packages and bid process oversight that result in successful project outcomes. This project will be funded in whole or in part by a grant from the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Financing Authority. A Cost Summary Form must be bound and sealed separate from the main contents of the proposal. Mail or Hand Deliver to: Greater Honesdale Partnership, Attn: MAIN STREET STREETSCAPE AND PLAZA DESIGN, 32 Commercial Street, Suite 3 Honesdale, PA 18431. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Sandi Levens sandi@visithonesdalepa.com no later than October 5, 2022. A consolidated response to questions will be available via email no later than October 12, 2022. The Greater Honesdale Partnership reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, and to withdraw this solicitation at any time. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
