Renovation of a water / sewer project in Harpers Ferry, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of April 15 2021, awarded contractor is Wapasha Construction Co., Inc. for $1,807,035.25. Start date not yet determined, but will be early this summer. This project is to provide improvements to the existing lagoons with new liners and air diffusers, to construct a new blower building, to construct a submerged attached growth reactor (SAGR) system and perform other improvements on the wastewater treatment plant site.
