Reference number : 1465008 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-03-29 Electronic submission accepted: No Expected duration of the contract (in months): 6 PROJECT: 105 - Paul-Le Jeune high school in Saint-Tite - Complete replacement of the fire alarm system The Center de services scolaire de l'Énergie, owner, is requesting bids for the complete replacement of the fire alarm system at Paul-Le Jeune high school (105), located at 405, boulevard Saint-Joseph in Saint-Tite . For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement, and holding, where applicable , the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B. - 1.1). Tender contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. All tenders must be made in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation respecting construction contracts for school board buildings adopted under the Education Act (RSQ, c. I-13-3, r.0.01). The owner does not undertake to accept the lowest or any other of the bids received and disclaims any obligation or liability to any bidders. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
