The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, skills, and performing all operations required to fully construct the Work. The Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization and demobili zation at two sites; installing erosion controls BMPs, silt fence, sediment logs, floatation silt curtain, inlet protection, erosion control construction entrances, control of water and/or dewa tering necessary to perform work; utility coordination; traffic control; protecting existing features within project limits; removal and disposal of trees, stumps, vege tation, and debris; excavation/dredging/ditch cleaning with off-site disposal to landfill of sediment/muck/vegetation from channels, inlet pools, culvert ends, etc.; removal and disposal of existing fencing; removal of existing roadway and subgrade; culvert removal and disposal; earthwork and grading; new culvert construction; roadway reconstruct including, but not limited to, paving and marking; providing riprap; providing fencing; site restoration/seeding with native seed mixes provided by Owner; installing erosion control blanket on all exposed soils. Clean-up of sites and remov al/disposal of temporary erosion control BMPs at the completion of Work, all as provided for in the Bidding Documents.
