SORTA is seeking a qualified vendor who can perform fire sprinkler system inspections, fire hydrant inspections, backflow testing, low point draining and maintenance/repair at each of SORTA's eight facilities listed in the Scope of Work. The equipment includes fire riser wet systems, dry systems and fire hydrants. Each location is identified in the scope of work along with efforts required. The work shall be in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions as set forth within this Invitation for Bid. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS: March 22, 2021 2:00 p.m. (Cincinnati Time) Bids shall remain firm for a period of 90 calendar days from the bid submission due date. BONDS REQUIRED: None There is no DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) goal established for this procurement. The contract term shall be three (3) years commencing upon contract execution date. The Contract will be awarded to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive aggregate price for all years of the contract term. SORTA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in their entirety or in part, to waive informalities and minor irregularities and to contract as the best interest of SORTA may require.
