Bids will be received for the following bid packages: Demolition; Earth Retention and Excavation; Concrete; Masonry; Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals; General Trades and Elevator; Roofing; Aluminum, Glass and Glazing; Cold Formed Metal Framing, Drywall, and Acoustical Ceilings; Ceramic Tile; Flooring; Painting; Ice Rink Dasherboards; Fire Protection; Plumbing; HVAC; Electrical; Asphalt Paving; Landscaping; Fencing; and Site Utilities. The public opening is for information only, and is not to be construed as acceptance or rejection of any bid. Award to successful bidder will be made within sixty (60) days. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and must personally inspect the site to verify the scope of the work to be bid.
