Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Torquay, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The upgrades include a new below-grade concrete reservoir which doubles as the foundation for a new building that will be linked to the existing building. The building is complete with new electrical systems, HVAC equipment, overhead door, and safety equipment. Also included is the supply and installation of three vertical turbine distribution pumps, backup generator, membrane skids, CIP, calcite filters, chemical feed systems and all associated piping and controls. Contract documents, including submission instructions, may be viewed and downloaded on SaskTenders only. Bidders should consider that work shall commence immediately following award and must complete the work prior March 31, 2023.
