Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Torquay, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,600-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.
The work consists of a new shop for the RM of Cambria located in the Village of Torquay Saskatchewan. The new shop is 9600 square feet and to be built with pole shed construction. The overall building size is 120'-0" x 80'-0". The building includes 4 bays, with 1 drive thru bay. A lunchroom and changeroom/ locker area and mechanical room. An open storage area above will make up the mezzanine area. The RM will act as its own Authority Having Jurisdiction. Any questions relating to the Request for Tender (RFT) or drawings are to be directed to Driftstone Consulting. All questions should be received no later than May 05 2023 at 2:00pm with the last response issued May 08 2023.
