Renovation of a mixed-use development in Holmen, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
In general, the Project consists of demolition and reconstruction of the masonry colonnade in front of Holmen High Schools Empire Stadium. Work includes, but is not limited to demolition of masonry piers, foundations and structure between piers. New construction consists of new foundations, concrete piers, brick masonry, structural steel, metal plate wall panels, aluminum storefront and lights at top of piers. Lump-sum Bids will be received on a Single Prime Construction Contract for the Entire Work including mechanical and electrical work. BID SECURITY in the amount of five percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual.The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn until 30 days after the time stated for receipt of Bids.
