Project No. ANA21-041-00 The construction of approximately 650 LF concrete pavement to extend 8th Street and construction of associated drainage channels, culvert, and storm drain. Realignment of approximately 106 LF of 18 water main, sanitary sewer modifications, and installation of water and sewer services to the adjacent tract. Includes sidewalk and driveway construction, grading, and miscellaneous demolition and tie-ins. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier check, or an approved bidders bond in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum total bid, payable to the City of Seguin, Texas without recourse, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds on the forms provided, within ten (10) working days after the award of contract. The City of Seguin reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids or combi- nation of bids and to waive informal- ities.
