Tiffany__Park__ Elementary: Selected areas of carpet replacement, interior finish upgrades at hallway walls, sound-absorbing wall panels at gymnasium, acoustic ceiling panels at student dining, covered play shed repairs and painting. Bid Bond: Certified check, bank cashiers check, or bid bond is required with each Bid, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business m the locality of the project. Apprenticeship Requirement: A mandatory minimum 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract.
