Renovation of a water / sewer project in Alliance, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of July 27 the project was awarded for Contract A: Kenmore Construction Co Inc for $8,713,000. Contract B: J.W. Didado Electric Inc for $719,158. The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following Work: constructing Final Settling Tank No. 4 with RAS Pumping Station; modifications to the existing Chlorine Contact Tank; improvements to the existing Chlorine Feed Building, including new chlorine feed system; providing new peracetic acid feed system; constructing a new parallel plant effluent sewer; site improvements, including roadways, grading, and underground piping; all electrical work required for the proposed improvements. Separate Bids will be received for Contract A – General & Mechanical construction and Contract B – Electrical construction. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis for Contract A and Contract B.
