Renovation of a municipal facility in Alliance, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project consists of under floor mechanical construction at the Franklin Township Road Department Building under one contract. Furnish all superintendence, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work for the improvements as described herein Est. Completion Date: June 14, 2024 Site Directions: State Route 309 to Upper Demunds Road. Follow to at right on to Orange Road. Follow to left on Municipal Road. Site on the left. A Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid shall accompany each bid. Bonding companies for Bid, Performance and Payment Bonds must be listed in the U. S. Treasury Circular # 570. If the bid is accepted, the successful bidder(s) shall execute the Contract and shall furnish and pay for Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price within 10 business days after receipt of the Notice of Award from the Architect along with the required Certificates of Insurance. All bids shall remain irrevocable for sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Franklin Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION The Scope of the Work of this section of the specification shall generally include but is not necessarily limited to the following tasks generally outlined herein after but not necessarily detailing incidental related work items required to perform those work tasks. (a) Mechanical Construction Scope of Work: All work shall be in compliance with local utility requirements and state and local codes including but not limited to: the International Building Code latest edition, and National Mechanical Code latest edition. 1. Refer to drawings for Mechanical Construction details and specifications. 2. Contractors shall coordinate all inspection requirements and utility company requirements with Franklin Township related to their work. 3. Contractors shall provide all labor & material for a complete and operational Mechanical system as indicated on the drawings. 4. Contractors shall schedule and coordinate their work with all other trades and the owner.
