Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Major Rehabilitation (i) Grant Avenue eastbound and westbound from 150 m east of Kenaston Boulevard to Montrose Street The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Major Rehabilitation (i) Planing existing asphalt overlay; (ii) Full depth concrete repairs of existing joints and slabs; (iii) Renewal of existing curbs and median slabs; (iv) Installation of traffic signals conduit, bases and controller bases; (v) Construction of concrete splash strip; (vi) Installation of new catch basins and leads; (vii) Adjustment of existing catch basins, manholes, and appurtenances; (viii) Placement of asphalt overlay (Type 1A, average thickness 80 mm); (ix) Renewal of existing sidewalks and installation of detectable warning surface tiles; and (x) Boulevard restoration Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
