The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to conduct a solicitation for one-time purchase and spreading of gravel at High Bridge State Park located in Rice, VA. Award will be made on a grand total basis. The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to deliver and spread #57 stone to designated areas within High Bridge Trail State Park. All work associated with this project is to be scheduled upon award and completed within thirty (30) days from award. Work to be completed from Monday-Friday beginning at 8:00AM and coordinated with Park Management. High Bridge State Park is a large park spanning several counties in Virginia. Delivery will take place at a different location from the mailing address of the Park. Contractor shall provide five hundred (500) Actual Tons of #57 stone to be provided and tailgate spread on Camp Paradise road starting at Aspen Hill Road and continuing to the parking area. Chains are to be set to 1" for spreading along the road and within the parking lot at Camp Paradise. The road is approximately 1.5 miles long and the parking lot is about .2 miles square The Park Manager reserves the right to request that some gravel be placed in a/some pile(s) for use by staff elsewhere within the Camp Paradise area of the Park.
