Failure to provide the proof of valid insurance in all of the required coverage amounts will result in bid rejection. We extend this bid to cover all labor, materials, and necessary essentials to install new tot lot play structures including slab, structures and safety surface at the three locations provided. Location: General Govt Building, 200 Derbigny Str, Suite 3503/3506, Gretna, 70053 A Louisiana State Contractor's License shall be required for this project in one of the following classifications: * Building Construction and/or * Specialty: Recreation and Sporting Facilities and Golf Courses An Electronic bid bond will be required with bid submission in the amount of 5% of the total bid. A performance bond will be required for this bid. The amount of the performance bond will be 50% of the contract price and shall be supplied at the signing of the contract. A payment bond will be required for this bid. The amount of the payment bond will be 50% of the contract price and shall be supplied at the signing of the contract. We extend this bid to cover all labor, materials, and necessary essentials to install new tot lot play structures including slab, structures and safety surface at the three locations provided. All work shall be substantially completed in ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) consecutive calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed.
