Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

For the furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for approximately 30,000 square feet of bituminous trail and 18 ADA Pedestrian Ramps along Braxton Drive, and 3,200 square yards of bituminous parking lot removal, replacement and complete restriping at Hidden Ponds Park (18300 Twilight Trail). Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a bid bond naming the City of Eden Prairie as obligee, Surety2000 or certified check payable to the City Clerk of the City of Eden Prairie or a cash deposit in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids will be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening bids. Payment for the work will be by cash or check. The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract(s) to the best interests of the City.
