Bituminous Pavement Removal 635 Tons Bituminous Pavement 1500 Tons Class 5 Aggregate 250 Lin. Ft. Concrete Curb and Gutter Each Bid Submitted Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Naming the City of Eden Prairie as Obligee, Surety2000 or Certified Check Payable to the City Clerk of the City of Eden Prairie or a Cash Deposit in an Amount Equal to Five (5) Percent of the Total Amount of the Bid, Which Shall Be Forfeited to the City in the Event That the Bidder Fails to Enter Into a Contract. The City Council Reserves the Right to Retain the Deposits of the Three Lowest Bidders for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days After the Date and Time Set for the Opening of Bids.
