The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for constructing an asphalt concrete pavement inlay from MP 147.5 - 152.2 on The Dalles - California Highway (US97) for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Control Number: 2179997 SCOPE OF WORK: This Invitation to Bid ("ITB") is for furnishing materials, equipment, labor, and performing work to construct an asphalt concrete pavement ("ACP") inlay from MP 147.5 - 152.2 in the south bound lanes and MP 149.3 - MP 152.2 in the north bound lanes on The Dalles - California Highway (US97) in Deschutes County. Work on this section includes, but is not limited to, cold-plane pavement removal, asphalt concrete paving and installing permanent pavement markings to the lines and grades shown or established.
