The City of Madera is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the Consultant and Preparation Services of its 2020 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP). The objective of an Urban Water Management Plan is to assist the City in planning for and meeting future water demands from its system. Deadline for Written Questions March 24, 2021 at 4:00 pm Response to Questions on online March 29, 2021 Any questions related to this RFP shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Lisa Nixon, Interim Purchasing Services Manager via email at lnixon@madera.gov. No oral question or inquiry about this RFP/RFQ shall be accepted. No questions or inquiries should be directed to any individual(s) at the locations detailed in this document. All communications should be submitted in writing per the process described in this document. The City reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals or parts thereof, and to accept or reject the alternatives individually or jointly, for any reason. The City reserves the right to seek supplementary information from any proposer at any time after official proposal opening and before the award. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
