Site work for a mixed-use development in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work to be undertaken generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Full depth rehabilitation of 47th Street between 51A Avenue and 50A Avenue in the Town of Rocky Mountain House consisting of asphalt removal and replacement, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, concrete separate sidewalk and monolithic sidewalk remove and replacement, deep utility removal and replacement including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and watermain, sanitary and storm manhole remove and replace, coordination with Fortis for light pole relocation, initial and final flushing and video, optional tree removals, and restoration of any affected surface works to pre-construction state.
