08 L.F. 15 HDPE N-12 Storm Culvert Pipe, 10 L.F. 15 Class 3 R.C.C.P. Storm Culvert, 31 L.F. Class 3 R.C.C.P. Storm Culvert, (2) Type C Inlets, (1) Type A Storm Manhole, and Gabion Silt Protection Coffer Dam The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Tinicum Township. The Letter of Intent, Certificate of Authority, Non-Collusion Affidavit and the Commonwealth Public Works Employment Verification Form must be completed and executed. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Contractors Performance Bond and a Labor and Materialmens Bond in an amount of the accepted bid. The Surety Company and form of surety shall be subject to the approval of Tinicum Township. The Bond Company should have no less than an A ating (Best Rating) and provide documentation of their authority to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, the Bond should be provided without a reinsurer. No bidder may withdraw his bid within ninety (90) days after the date set for the receiving and opening of bids. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates and Federal Guidelines for confined space entry will apply to this project. The Tinicum Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to accept any or all bids or parts thereof, or to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, as they deem for the best interest of the Township
