All submissions will remain confidential and exempt from public record disclosure requirements until the response opening is conducted. All questions requiring interpretation or clarification of the bidding documents shall be made in writing and shall be delivered to the City (and its Consultant, if applicable) at least ten (10) business days prior to the date for the receipt of Bids. No questions shall be answered during the five (5) business days prior to the date of the opening of the Bids All bid prices shall be guaranteed firm for a minimum of sixty (60) calendar days after the submission of the bid. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening date. The City Commission of the City of Dania Beach reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in a bid and to make an award in the best interests of the City, as Owner. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services and incidentals to complete all work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings to rehabilitate the existing lime softening plant. The project is titled: "SE 5th Ave Crosswalk." B. The CONTRACTOR shall perform the work complete, in place, where applicable and make ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction. C. Furnish and install all materials, equipment and labor which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. All work of this Contract is located within the property limits of the City of SE 5th Ave Crosswalk.
