The Dania Beach Community Redevelopment Agency is issuing this Request for Proposals to secure proposals for the purchase of three (3) residential home sites for the mandatory development of moderate-income affordable housing (HUD 120% AMI standards) at 701, 705, 711 SW 12th Avenue, Dania Beach, Florida. No Pre-Bid Conference Available Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation The CRA reserves the right to: Accept or reject any or all Responses, or parts of any Responses; Waive any informalities, technicalities, or irregularities; Re-advertise the RFP; Request other Responses or clarifications: or Take any actions deemed to be in the best interests of the CRA. The CRA reserves the right to negotiate an Agreement with more than one (1) Respondent, and may elect to provide the Services itself, without any assistance. The detailed scope of work is described in "ATTACHMENT A: SCOPE OF WORK". The CRA looks to the Consultant to present a cost-effective fee proposal to complete the Services, including the proposed schedule for completion of the Services. If the Response intends to omit any task or requirement of the Services, said omission must be described in this Statement of Proposed Services.
