Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lyman, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
A bid bond will be required for this contract. No proposal will be considered unless a guaranty in amount of five percent of the total amount of the bid is secured by the Contractor and received by the Department with the bid or prior to opening of the bids. Satisfactory proposal guaranties include certified checks, cashiers checks, bank drafts issued upon a national or state bank, and bid bond issued in accordance with the laws of South Dakota. Prequalification for bids greater than or equal to $200,000 will be required. If prequalification is required the bidder must be prequalified in accordance with: Work Type 5 - Asphalt Concrete Pavement and Microsurfacing. SD DOT - Asphalt Concrete Surfacing and Resurfacing - Presho and White River Maint Yards
