Site work and paving for a road / highway in Hayti, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Bidding Documents. Hamlin County, South Dakota reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all Bids as set forth in the Bidding Documents. At or shortly after the time name above and within the office of the Hamlin County Auditor, such Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids will be reviewed by the Hamlin County at a subsequent meeting of the Hamlin County Commissioners. The Project includes the following Work: Install riprap and stabilize the in-slopes of 446th Avenue for 0.5 miles 1 mill and 3 asphalt overall for 0.5 miles Additional items as set forth in the Contract Documents Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Documents. The Successful Bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds as described in the Bidding Documents. The Contractor shall perform all Work associated with the construction of this Project as set forth in the Contract Documents. The scope of Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, and the like required by the Contract Documents or otherwise necessary for the completion of the Project. The Contract Items shall include those Bid Items indicated on the Notice of Award with the estimated quantities and unit prices listed in the accepted Bid Schedule
