Site work and new construction of a civil project in Westfield, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS: CONTRACT #1 - GENERAL (GC) CONTRACT #2 - ELECTRICAL (EC) CONTRACT #3 - HVAC (HC) The project consists of the construction of a new raw water pump station at the Village of Westfield's Water Treatment Plant site. A proposed 24' x 20' block building with the following features will house the pumps; poured concrete below grade foundation slab and stem walls, insulated masonry block walls, insulated metalroof, interior grated landing and stairs and insulated double metal doors. Proposed within the building are two new horizontal split case pumps with 50 hp motors and VFD drives, piping, valving, heating, ventilation and electric and communication wiring and panels. Exterior work includes the installation and connection of suction and discharge piping, floor drain, stone driveway and relocation of electric and communication lines. Site work associated with these items includes excavation, grading, backfill, compaction, utility installation, erosion control and restoration.
