As of September 4, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Town of Westfield, County of Chautauqua, State of New York, hereby requests sealed bid proposals for a Project consisting of the fabrication and installation of three (3) new boat launch docks atop the existing concrete launch slabs owned by the Town of Westfield in Barcelona Harbor. The boat launch docks shall be pinned to the existing slabs, constructed of steel sheets, filled with gravel, and capped with concrete slabs. The project must be completed by March 30, 2025. The Bidder to whom the contract may be awarded shall be prepared to sign the Contract for the Work within seven (7) days after the date of the Notice of Award. In case of Bidder's failure to do so, or in case of Bidder's failure to give further security as herein prescribed, the Bidder will be considered as having abandoned the same. All bidders are subject to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, and all bid proposals shall contain a signed, non-collusive certificate as specified in the bid document. The Town of Westfield reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all Bids submitted.
