**As of June 4, 2021, project was awarded to R.E.C Enterprises, LLC for $565,900.00. The Health and Human Services Commission (Owner), for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division (HSCS), is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (Proposals) for selection of a General Contractor (Contractor) to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for Project No. 20-057-ASH, Chiller Replacement & Temporary Chiller Rental @ Austin State Hospital (the Project), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation. Remove and replace like-for-like the existing 450-ton Chiller Unit on Building 782, and the 150-ton chiller at Building 794. Price shall include furnish and install a temporary chiller matching the tonnage of the existing equipment, including removal upon completion; component piping as needed for new installation; isolation valves and gauges to match Owners current system operation and installation of a tee in supply piping for future temporary chiller.
