Only bids on items conforming exactly to these specifications, which include proposing only the brand name(s), make and model number(s) specified, will be considered in determining an award. HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids on behalf of the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Chemical Threat Laboratory to establish Contract(s) for maintenance of the laboratory's equipment. The Chemical Threat Laboratory has complex instrumentation needs to keep pace with new methods and methodologies deployed by the Laboratory Response Network (LRN) for chemical threats through the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Cooperative Agreement (PHEP) by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
