Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Enterprise, Nevada. Completed plans call for the addition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. The Work to be performed under this Contract is for the construction of miscellaneous site improvements to The Clark County Public Works Maintenance Yard located at 9935 South Jones Boulevard. The project will generally consist of increasing the size of the Traffic Operations outside paved storage yard by 77,800 square feet and the Road Division fleet parking areas by approximately 193,600 square feet, and construction of a paved Road Division material storage and equipment yard of approximately 563,700 square feet. Work will include grading, concrete curb, gutter, and cross gutter; plantmix bituminous surface and aggregate base; storm drainage channel improvements, riprap; on-site lighting, conduit, and appurtenances; 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer line extension; chain-link fence; pavement markings and a CCTV Camera Security System.
