The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled LeBaron and Lindell Park and is located at the intersection of LeBaron Avenue and Lindell Road, Las Vegas, NV 89139. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual. The work consists of the construction of a new ten-acre park on BLM Leased land. The proposed park will include the following amenities; the work includes but is not limited to; 2-5 and 5-12 playgrounds, obstacle course, exercise equipment, site furnishings, a pre-fabricated restroom building, metal shade structures, fabric shade structures, new NVE electrical service, site lighting and other electrical work, asphalt parking lot, water play area, chain link fences and gates, landscape irrigation with booster pump, landscape planting and turf, native plant restoration, and water, sewer and storm drain utilities.
