**As of January 18, 2022, the project will rebid. A timeline for a rebid has not yet been determined.** Upgrades of all elevators in the One Cannon Building and all related electrical, mechanical, and architectural work. Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid Form. Additionally, the Drug Free Workplace Affidavit and a five percent (5%) bid security is required. Non-discrimination policy applies to this project. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids. Work of this Contract comprises consists of the following: 1. Upgrades to Elevators 1 and 2 in One Cannon Building at MTRO. 2. Relocate Elevator equipment area from mechanical room to Rm 011. 3. Replace Electrical disconnects and relocate to new elevator equipment room. 4. Extend circuitry from existing disconnect location to new elevator equipment room. 5. Provide new shunt trip breakers for elevator equipment. 6. Provide new split system AC unit in elevator equipment room. 7. Provide new motorized damper and relief hood above elevator shaft. 8. Provide new lighting in elevator pit. 9. Provide new fire alarm devices in elevator equipment room and shaft. 10. Provide architectural finishes and fire proofing in elevator equipment room. 11. Provide new door to elevator equipment room. 12. Provide new ceiling in elevator equipment room.
