The bidder is responsible for the sealed bid being delivered to the indicated location for receipt stamping before the time specified for the bid opening Third party delivery is entirely at the bidder's risk. In general the work consists of work associated with boiler replacement in 10 living units, water heater replacement in 12 living units, electrical panel replacement in 12 living units. Replacement of boiler,water heater, pumps, piping, electrical panels, and associated electrical and controls work. Work also includes some general construction work such as concrete pads, roof penetrations, chimney wall openings, and plaster ceiling replacement work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Bidding Documents will be available online immediately upon the project being advertised for bid
