Renovation of a mixed-use development in Irma, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general the work consists of: provide and install roller barrier roof deterrent system on the Living Units at Lincoln Hills and Copper Lake Schools. The 2017-2019 Wisconsin State Budget (2017 Wisconsin Act 59) repealed Wisconsin's prevailing wage laws. Effective September 23, 2017, state prevailing wage requirements on state building projects no longer apply. These changes take effect for projects advertised for bid after September 23, 2017. This change does not affect the Federal Davis Bacon Act requirements. Contractors will be required to fill-out Employee Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Screening Tool upon entry as well as a temperature check and will be required to where a mask. If a vendor does not have their own, a fabric mask will be provided by Oakhill Correctional Institution. A copy of Employee Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Screening Tool is included in this manual.
