In general, the work consists of: the remodeling of bathrooms within two (2) housing units. This work will include reworking of CMU walls to accommodate new detention grade toilet and shower fixtures, new floor, wall and ceiling finishes. HVAC work is limited to the replacement of grilles, diffusers and covers. Work by Owner will include all electrical work (Division 26-28), new toilet and shower modesty partitions, swing doors and lighting fixtures. This work is located within a secure facility. The bidder is responsible for the sealed bid being delivered to the indicated location or submitted via the eBuilder Bid Portal before the time specified for the bid submission. Third party delivery is entirely at the bidder's risk.
