6011-70-80-80005-720136 This project involves removing an above ground switch and replacing it with a new underground gas switch to be located in a vault along with required rearrangement of underground conduit, cable, and termination splices on the east side of Lasselle Street 250' south of Kentucky Derby Drive. All equipment and materials shall be supplied by the contractor, including but not limited to: vault, conduit, primary cable, elbows, splices, cable racks and steps, and ground assemblies. Manufacturer specification sheets shall be submitted to MVU for all materials and equipment for approval in advance of ordering. Associated work includes trench backfill, sidewalk, and curb and gutter removal and replacement.
